The speaking section is a one-to-one interaction with the examiner. This section is designed to provide you with an understanding of the kind of questions you encounter in the actual test.

In other words, there is no interaction. It is for representational purposes alone.

The Speaking sub-test is delivered individually and takes around 20 minutes.
