One of your friends lives in another country. You want to spend some time working in that country. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter, you should:

- tell him/her about your skills and experience
- ask some questions related to work (e.g. wage/salary)
Note: The highlighted part of the text shows the right way to make sure subject agrees with the verb. One of your (many) friends lives (singular verb). For more learning, you can take a free subject verb agreement test here.

Dear Jimmy,
I hope you are doing well. I am as well as I can be. However, there has been something that has been niggling me for quite sometime now, and here you are reading my rant. The thing is, I've been thinking a lot about working in Tanzania, specifically somewhere close to where you are.
I have been in Ukraine for a little over 7 years now, and the proverbial itch seems to have subsided; I am looking for a new one to scratch. Also, I want to rekindle my connection with nature. I miss working closely with animals and I feel Tanzania is the best place to do so, considering all the parks there are.
I wanted to know how the opportunities there would be for someone who has had 10 years of experience being a veterinary surgical assistant and an animal-behaviour expert. And more importantly, how is the pay like? I am not looking for anything fancy. But, if it is does not at least match what I am getting here in Ukraine, it might be a no go.
I will be looking forward to hearing from you, and hopefully seeing you soon too!
Love,
Canis
